Our DPA structurally guarantees that any metadata processed within the Sovereign ecosystem is isolated via strict multi-tenant partitioning and encrypted at rest using AES-256 with key rotation controlled by the client organization.

Audit Rights & Sub-processors

Clients operating under the Govern or Sovereign tiers retain full technical audit rights over our infrastructure configurations. Furthermore, we maintain a public, strictly minimized list of verified sub-processors, ensuring zero unapproved data transfers.

Automated Retention Schedules

Data retention is dictated strictly by your corporate compliance requirements. Upon expiration of an engagement, or upon direct request, the Evidence Vault executes an automated, mathematically verifiable wipe, permanently severing the cryptographic chains.
